a series of cryptic poems…
want you, need you
I want you,
but so do many others.
You expect me to compete,
to participate in the quarrel for you.
You have misunderstood.
I may want you,
but I sure as hell don’t need you.
silent cry
A silent cry for help
Like a pindrop to those who hear
Like a speck of dust to those who lookLike a lion’s roar to those who listen
Like an explosion to those who see
A silent cry no longer
one for all, all for one
You are not the only one for me
There will be others, others now and others in the future, you see?
I love them all as I love you
But do not misinterpret, my love is not attachment.
You are only as important as everyone else.
real worries
Every time I wake up, I worry you’re not real,
then I remember that you’re not.Every time I turn around, I worry you’re not here,
then I remember that you’re not.
trust and fall
“What are you doing?”
.
“Don’t you trust me?”
.
“Should I not?”
distance
You ask, why I became distant,
why, when I needed help, I didn't come to you;
why, we no longer talk, no longer meetYou ask, why I became distant;
I ask, since when did you start to care?
notice me
To be noticed in a room,
you don’t need fancy hair and expensive clothes.
All you need is a big personality and a radiant smile.
And just like the hair and the clothes,
who said they had to be real?
